Updated review. Love the chicken pho... my favorite place so far... had to give it a few tries to confirm but it's official. Love this place.

I love this place so much! I live down the street, so I walk here all the time. My favorite part is grabbing a spot by the big, beautiful open windows during lunchtime for some people-watching in the heart of Chinatown's central plaza. Whether you are dining solo, on a date, or having a group hang, this place is delicious enough to satisfy most taste buds. Must-Tries: - The Vietnamese Iced coffee with condensed milk: This is DELICIOUS. This little guy comes to your table with its own mini brewing contraption on top. It looks so cute and fancy (see pic), but be warned, patience is key - it takes 5-10 minutes to brew. Trust me, it's worth the wait. - Via's Noodles: this dish is my absolute favorite thing here (hope no one gets mad at me for saying this but it's giving pad thai, lol). I always go for the tofu option with a healthy dose of jalapenos for a kick. - Every Vermicelli dish: I haven't met one I don't like, and trust me... I've met a few. - Banh Mi with pork is delicious EVERY time. I always order it with extra pickled veggies because why not? - Goi Cuon Chay fresh spring rolls: yummy, fresh, and light, these are perfect as an appetizer or a small bite (Bonus points for the heavenly dipping sauce.) And the portions??? It's a leftover lovers' paradise. Heads up: Every time I have gone, there has been one waiter working at a time, bravely holding it down. So service can be a tad slow, but they are always so kind and helpful, and they are doing their best. Ultimately, this place is perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable meal, not a quick bite when you're feeling hangry. Also, the food may be a teeny tiny bit overpriced, BUT what place isn't? At least you get a free side of sunshine through those big beautiful windows (I'm seriously obsessed with the windows, I want to stick my head out like a little dog lol). Def recommend!

The food was great. We ordered the Banh Xeo, and that was one of the best I've tasted! It is crispy! The service was great, our server was Tammy. The Ambiance was quiet and chill.

I'm rarely in the mood for pho (my tastes lean towards the more ingredient-laden bun bo hue, mi quang, bun rieu etc) but when I am in the mood for pho, I'm pretty picky about it, and Blossom's was good. No vying flavors overshadowing the deep meaty base, just rich and plain and still enough to stand on its own with only rare steak as a topping. The noodles were great - not floury but not all clumped together either. I usually also like to get tendon, but the only way to get here is to order it with everything else - brisket, tripe, beef ball and all. (Although I'm sure if I had asked they would have been flexible.)
